How cold is cold enough to break out the winter kits?
I'll usually wear a windbreaker and bib knickers when it starts to get cooler. If it's warm at the start but cooler at the finish, I usually just let my body temperature warm me up.
Usually around 40-F and under is when I start looking at my thermal kit.
