I've seen cyclists especially group rides run stop signs and red lights. I've even seen some do it with cars coming. The driver has to put on the brakes, so they don't hit and most likely KILL the riders. This behavior happens and then of course drivers hate us for it. Who can justify this sort of behavior? Some people want cyclists to pay for bike registration and plates. How do you feel about this? Personally, as long as the prices are fair, since a bike isn't a heavy vehicle that wears down roads, emits no pollutants, and requires no gas consumption, I could agree with it. However, I would not agree to pay the same cost as a car driver, because we don't have the same impacts as car drivers.
