Could you ride your bike every day?

If not, why not?

If you could, would you take any sort of rest day at all if not, why not?

It's absolutely possible for me to ride my bike every day. This is because I always have a morning workout routine. So, if I decide to ride my bike in place of working out, I would be able to do it. What I do is map out days which I'm going ride in place of workout and vice versa.

I could ride every day if I really disciplined myself to so it. But some of that would be riding in the dark.

I wouldn't ride in the dark for any reason whatsoever. It's not really safe doing that. I can remember the last time I want for a run in the night, I almost got mugged.

It definitely depends on where you're located.

If you have a safe area and a safe infrastructure for cycling at night, it can be one of the best times to get out.
