How much water do you typically drink a day?

I drink up to 5 gallons every day. When it's too hot, I drink more than that.

My mother calls me a fish. It's going to be very difficult for me to survive where there's drought.

It good for you but there is a such thing as too much water so be careful about that.

It's hyponatremia you're talking about. I'm very aware mate but thanks for mentioning it as well. There's nothing like being too careful of anything.
I've had illnesses from doing it.

I try to mix it up by adding an electrolyte supplement into the water from time to time so I'm getting other things.

You need to be careful with doing that. I'm not adventurous with trying such because I tend to overdo things and it doesn't end well most of the time. I use supplements when it's recommended based on dosage.

Yeah. I try to be a lot more careful now at my older age. When I first started in my 20s, not so much.
We all do a lot of crazy thing when younger because of not knowing better or just being careless. Even though it's said that age is just an number but we really mature with age in everything.
