Countries that don’t allow women to bike

How do you feel about countries and cultures that prohibit women from being able to ride a bicycle?

Do you think biking is something everyone should be able to do?

It's mostly Arabic countries that come up with this nonsense of banning women from cycling. There are some that doesn't even allow them to drive a car too. Although, most of them have partially lifted those useless bans.
