Any plans for Halloween this year?

I like to use bells you can ring. I think it's great for safety and letting people know you're coming instead of trying to yell and started them.

I do a gravel bike race every year (this year will be my 3rd year) and I really enjoy it. It's a big race. Dirty South Roubaix is the name. Nearly 1,000 riders every year. I never win or even get close to winning but I'm never last, either!

Do you own a suspension pump at all? This is for full suspension mountain bikes.

How many rail trails have you ridden and where were they? For me, sadly, just two and they're local. Tunnel Hill State Trail in Southern Illinois and the rail trail at Fort Massac in Metropolis, Illinois. I need to ride more. How about you all?

When it comes to reducing the weight of your bike, how much will you remove from it? Will you remove the plastic spacer in your rear drivetrain? Do you remove reflectors from your rims? Are there other things you remove? Do you find this to help with weight? Or is it a waste of time?

Bought me my first full suspension and first Specialized bike - Chisel. Supposed to be the lightest alloy bike on the market, as well. I'm pretty excited about it!

A lot of cyclists bikepack with hotel lodging being their only preferred option and that's fine, too. I know it gets harder to find primitive camping in places like Europe so hotels and inns are what you're left with.

I have a carbon road bike. It's very entry level in terms of a race bike but it was expensive because of the carbon frame and fork. But in all honesty, my aluminum gravel bike performs just as good, if not better, than that bike. Carbon isn't all of what it's made out to be unless you're racing.

For sure. I never really use social to learn anything significant other than quick tips. YouTube has a better search engine as long as they don't put all the emphasis on shorts and take away our ability to find new things on our own without the algorithm doing it for us.
