I've been dealing with a pretty gnarly sinus infection. Smoke from Canadian wildfires is reaching us as well and that's making it worse. No biking for me.

Many women do it because they feel like it's their right to do it. I think it should be up to them but I know that different cultures might not agree. When I watch videos of solo female bike travelers enter the Middle East or African nations, they usually have a hard time getting through it...

I'm a big fan of Rock Bros which is an Amazon bag. It's cheaper but very durable.

For touring or bikepacking, I don't want to do it alone. Safety, company, and boring moments would be deprived if I was alone. For general riding though, I often like to ride alone.

Do any of you carry additional specialized insurance in relation to being a cyclist? This could be something like bike insurance to cover bikes and even kits in the event of a wreck. It could even be something like accident insurance or helicopter insurance in the event you get hurt while riding.

I still need to use sunscreen more than I do, though. That will end up biting me in the butt if I don't pay attention, better.
