    I would say yes, because helmets are very neccesary. No one can predict when an accident will happen. Even experienced riders can't control everything on the road.

    I do not shave my legs, though I have seen a lot of people who do. So, in addition to the aerodynamics, they also claim it’s good for massages which I believe too. All in all, it's more of a personal choice than the said performance hack.

    E-Bike Do you think electric bikes are overhyped?

    I do not believe that they are overhyped. The e-bikes are bringing more people into cycling who wouldn’t otherwise be riders. To me, that counts as a win even though the purist may still feel that conventional bikes should be used.

    I have seen fat bikes used on trails that were not snow or sand and they worked well. They do not go as fast on pavements, but comfort and stability are more important than speed.
