How do you feel about social media?

Is it actually killing our social lives?

Do you remember when you used to get out and talk to people more, before social media was around, versus nowadays?
 
It all started with smartphones. Take out smartphones, it wouldn't be as bad as it is today because people wouldn't carry their laptops with them all the time to be doing things online when they are with others.

My daughter's boyfriend broke his phone and would carry around his laptop for a few weeks. We made fun of him so bad for it. LOL I've never really seen anyone do that before.
