It seems like I'm constantly seeing a post on Facebook about another cyclist killed by a driver. They always say it was an accident, but I wonder how true that is. I wonder if it's a distracted driver. You don't just accidentally hit cyclists. It seems like more and more drivers are just blatantly getting away with vehicle manslaughter. I feel like if more were prosecuted, people would start paying more attention, and fewer riders, fewer kids at that, would have to die. What do you all...

How do you feel about the dedicated bike lane versus sharing the road with other users when it comes to road biking? In many areas where cycling infrastructure exists, dedicated bike lanes are created for cyclists to use. This helps to keep riders safe as well as decrease obstacles for motor vehicle drivers.
